Brothers Rock Rogers and Burke Berry are working hard for both Sig Ep and UGA. Rock (Phi-Coordinator) and Burke (Academic Chair) have made a massive impact at Sig Ep Ga Delta, and now the two are giving prospective and new students the opportunity to learn all about what UGA’s campus has to offer.
Rock Rogers is serving as a summer orientation leader for new students at UGA. Rock’s role includes leading orientation groups, facilitating discussions, and helping answer any questions the new students have. When asking Rock what this role meant to him, Rogers remarked, “It was a true blessing to be accepted into this role after a competitive and challenging application process. It is my honor and privilege to fulfill a rewarding role and to exemplify what it means to be a balanced man and brother in the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity through the orientation leader position.”
Burke Berry is serving as a campus tour guide for prospective students in 2023. Operating out of the UGA Visitors Center, campus tour guides provide information about the university’s many facets, including its academics, history, arts, and athletics. When asking Burke about his role, he remarked, “The visitors’ center bases its mission around the power of story and relationships, so campus tour guides are encouraged to reflect on our own stories to craft something worthy of sharing with prospective students and their families. I hope to provide prospective students with something they can take with them wherever they go to school.”
We are incredibly proud of the leadership being shown on campus from these two individuals, and we look forward to seeing what kind of impact they can continue to have moving forward!
